Governance & Control

Find the right operational explanation first, then inspect its status, freshness, provenance, and source boundary before relying on a record.

Governance & Control is the reader-facing front door to the project’s source-authority, research-control, role, registry, publication, validation, and maintenance material. It organizes already published contextual pages by reader purpose; it does not turn the website, a registry row, or a workflow record into new authority.

Each entry exposes its document type, operational scope, registered status, dated source snapshot, and manifest-backed provenance before sending readers to an internal explanatory route. Repository paths remain secondary provenance rather than the primary information architecture.

Raw governance Markdown is a separate publication class. A file appears only after explicit review, approval, catalog registration, and import into the public governance allowlist. No such public Markdown record is present in the current catalog, so this page does not expose an unapproved raw file.

Public catalog boundary

Context is available; raw publication remains allowlist-only.

These counts come from the checked document and provenance manifests. They report publication state without promoting repository Markdown or transient control data.

Contextual routes
10Published internal explanations grouped by reader purpose and bounded by their own provenance records.
Approved governance records
0Only approved document-catalog records count; draft, historical, and unregistered material is excluded.
Public raw Markdown
0The current allowlist resolves no reviewed governance Markdown, so no raw file action is rendered.
Provenance snapshot
2026-07-21This is the checked manifest generation date, not proof that every underlying operational record is live.

Contextual front door

Choose the operational question before the repository artifact.

Every destination is an existing internal page. Its card states the document type, operational scope, and registered publication status; the audit table below makes freshness and provenance explicit.

Status discipline

Visibility does not expand authority.

The material class determines the safe reader action and the limit that must remain attached to it.

Contextual website pageOpen the internal explanation first. The page organizes evidence but does not replace its registered sources or current records.
Approved governance MarkdownUse a rendered internal route first; inspect or download raw Markdown only when explicitly allowlisted.Approval applies only to the stated governance or operational scope.
Current-state recordCheck snapshot date, source revision, and supersession state.A dated snapshot may become stale and is not a live dashboard unless a verified refresh says otherwise.
Registry or handoffUse the record to locate the owning source, decision, completion, or task state.Traceability and validator PASS do not widen permission or prove a scientific claim.
Historical or unregistered materialTreat it as excluded until a public status and provenance record exist.Repository presence alone does not authorize publication or current-state use.

Inspection boundary

Use context first and provenance second.

The catalog and manifests can establish identity, status, and traceability. The registered source or current governed record still owns the operative statement.
